My mental health and wellness have become the parts of me in my life I have realized I need to nurture most.  


If you are not used to working remotely, the change in routine and workspace can hinder your productivity.


Our exposure to the trauma and absorption of the trauma can eventually leave an indelible scar and lesions on our soul.


Routines have a bad reputation of being dull, boring ruts we fall into overtime. But a lot of routines can actually be really helpful for maintaining both our physical and mental wellbeing.
