Look around, look within – from your neighborhood to genetics, many factors come into play when it comes to your mental health. Our 2023 Mental Health Month toolkit includes information about how an individual’s environment impacts their mental health, suggestions for making changes to improve and maintain mental well-being, and how to seek help for mental health challenges.

Light up green for Mental Health Month
This May more than 100 landmarks across the nation will be lit in green, the color of mental health awareness, to mark the beginning of Mental Health Month and encourage the public to learn about their well-being and take a mental health screening.
