Do you need to talk to someone?

If you’ve been impacted by a disaster and are experiencing emotional distress or other mental health concerns, you can also call or text the SAMHSA Disaster Distress Helpline 1-800-985-5990.

Call 2-1-1

In addition, each state has a free and confidential 2-1-1 Information and Referral line. Call 2-1-1 for help with food, housing, employment, health care, counseling and more. Local alternate numbers are also available on the website:

Are you looking for a low- to no-cost mental health treatment center for you or a loved one?

HRSA Health Centers care for you, even if you have no health insurance – you pay what you can afford based on your income. Health centers provide mental health, substance abuse, oral health, and/or vision services. Contact the health center organization directly to confirm the availability of specific services and to make an appointment.
