Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth in Our Communities

June is LGBTQ+ Pride month, and while we celebrate and uplift this vibrant community, we also recognize they face significant mental health disparities. Mental Health America’s President and CEO Schroeder Stribling will host a panel-style webinar, Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth in Our Communities, where we will discuss how we can collectively make a positive impact on the mental health of LGBTQ+ youth. Panelists will share experiences, helpful insights, and best practices to ensure we are creating supportive, safe, and healthy environments where youth can thrive.

This webinar is designed to help you:

  • Identify unique challenges LGBTQ+ youth face
  • Learn about effective systems within communities that support LGBTQ+ youth
  • Discuss how your community can be more inclusive, supportive, and safe for LGBTQ+ youth
  • Feel more confident in your ability to advocate for LGBTQ+ youth

This webinar will be recorded and available to the public within one week. We do not offer CEUs, but certificates of attendance will be available upon request after the event.
