To celebrate International Day of Yoga, Mental Health America invites you to join us for an hour to explore our breath, quiet our minds, and gently move our bodies, guided by Radiance Basden, a seasoned expert in yoga and mental health. Throughout the session, you will actively engage in meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and accessible asanas (body postures) to help you feel at ease, alleviate stress, and strengthen your mental resilience. Whether you're a seasoned yoga practitioner or new to the practice, this session offers something for everyone to celebrate the profound benefits of yoga for mental health.
