Physical Wellness for Work

Success at work requires a level of stamina, energy, and concentration that can be challenging to sustain without attention to daily wellness habits and routines. Physical Wellness for Work offers manageable activities to augment health and wellness. Its underlying philosophy is that even small changes in daily habits can increase energy and health for a better and more satisfying workday.

Webinar attendees will learn the definition of habits and routines and assess how they impact everyday life. Next, attendees will learn about the five dimensions of physical wellness to identify personal strengths and areas for improvement, along with specific goals to develop or improve healthy habits. These dimensions are:

  • Sleep and rest
  • Physical activity
  • Relaxation and stress management
  • Eating well
  • Medical care and screenings

This webinar will be recorded and available to the public within one week. We do not offer CEUs, but certificates of attendance will be available upon request after the event.
