In 2019, MHA launched the Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health, a national employer certification program to recognize and elevate workplaces leading the charge in improving employee mental health and well-being. Are you curious if your organization qualifies for Bell Seal certification? Would you like your organization to join the ranks of 30+ Bell Seal-certified employers that exceed workplace mental health expectations?

In this 60-minute webinar, the speaker will provide a program overview, including the application criteria and resources to support your organization’s workplace mental health journey. The speaker will also explain the application process from start to finish and end with a 10-minute Q&A.

About The Speaker:

Taylor Adams is Mental Health America’s (MHA’s) Director of Workplace Mental Health who spearheads MHA’s efforts on its Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health national employer recognition program and its annual Mind the Workplace reports. Her previous work was focused on suicide prevention, and she brings this experience to support companies in evaluating and refining policies to support staff in their mental health journeys.
