When mental health concerns have been ignored for too long or a triggering event occurs, it can disrupt a person’s ability to function in the world, take care of themself, or even feel safe with their own thoughts and feelings. If you or someone you know is experiencing a decline in mental health or at the point of crisis, help is available. These resources can help determine what steps to take and who to reach out to.

Take a Mental Health Test

If you or a friend are struggling with your mental health, take an anonymous, free, and private mental health test. It only takes a few minutes, and after you are finished you will be given information about the next steps you can take based on the results.
