Virtual RPC Meeting: Taking a Look at Psychedelic Therapies

Compelling new evidence is emerging on the therapeutic use of psychedelics as a treatment for mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, and post-traumatic stress. Please join us for an exciting virtual Regional Policy Council meeting as we hear from experts about new research and practices in the field.

Speakers include psychotherapist Dr. Saundra Jain, MA, PsyD, LPC, and psychiatrist Dr. Rakesh Jain, MD, MPH, co-founders of Jain Uplift. They will be joined by the President of the American Association of Psychedelics, nurse anesthetist Kathryn Walker, APRN, CRNA, PMHNPS, founder of Revitalist – one of the largest publicly listed, ketamine-focused clinic operations in the United States with locations across 8 states; and the Mental Health Association of South-Central Kansas (MHASCK), President and CEO Mary Jones, LCMFT, LCAC, who will share information about MHASCK's esketamine clinic. Jazz Glastra and David Esselman of MHA of Maryland’s Brain Futures project will round out this 90 minute virtual meeting highlighting Brain Futures reports and speaking about the State of Psychedelic Research and Clinical Access.
