The Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health is a leading certification and recognition program for employers committed to improving employee mental health and well-being. Heading into our 6th year, MHA has implemented essential improvements to the Bell Seal survey questions. These updates have been directly informed by employer feedback and industry best practices. MHA’s pledge to meet employers where they are in their workplace wellness journey is central to the revisions rolling out in 2025. This webinar is designed to support business leaders, HR pros, and those responsible for leading or supporting workplace wellness efforts in your organization. The Bell Seal is open to organizations of every size and industry.

Meet the Speakers
Suzi Craig
As VP of Workplace Mental Health at Mental Health America, Suzi is responsible for leading the strategic design and future direction of MHA’s workplace wellness programs. Prior to joining MHA in 2023, Suzi was Chief Strategy Officer at Mental Health Connecticut (MHC), an affiliate of MHA. Suzi is a certified yoga instructor, has a certification from Cornell in organizational design, and serves on the Board of Directors for Copper Beech Mindfulness Institute (CBI).
Taylor Adams
Taylor Adams serves as Mental Health America’s (MHA’s) Director of Workplace Mental Health. She leads essential workplace mental health initiatives that inform the evidence-based best practices and intelligence that employers rely on to make mental wellness a priority in their workplaces. Taylor designed and leads the Bell Seal national employer certification recognition program, conducts MHA’s worker-informed research, and delivers essential program support for employers as they expand their commitment to workplace wellness.
