Center for Research and Innovation

MHA’s Center for Research and Innovation (CRI) empowers individuals and communities by channeling the voices of those impacted by mental health conditions into effective solutions. CRI programs work with data from over 5 million users each year to understand community and workplace trends on mental illness, trauma, disparity, and access to supports.

MHA Screening

MHA Screening originally sought to support every person who is wondering “Do I have a mental illness?” Today, we’re looking to revolutionize public mental health by using data and advocacy to make sure every system is responsive to the needs in those communities.

About MHA Screening

MHA research and reports

In an effort to enhance supports offered after screening, MHA collaborates with companies, researchers and advocates to create person-centered solutions.

Policy work

Part of the mission of the MHA online screening program is to further data-driven, upstream, population-level efforts to improve mental health. Our goal is to use screening data to rapidly analyze and disseminate information to help fill unmet needs and gaps in care for our communities.
