Jennifer L. Bright, MPA

Jennifer L. Bright, MPA, President of Momentum Health Strategies®, contributes 30 years of expertise in accelerating policy and quality improvement initiatives that benefit the care and experience of patients and families.

Her work advances patient engagement in research and care delivery, primary and mental health care integration, and policy and practice that emphasize prevention, value, and equity. She has advised patient and provider organizations in strategic planning and policy implementation, led the creation of a quality improvement resource on antibiotic stewardship for the National Quality Forum, and currently advises several organizations to improve value assessment methods and patient information frameworks. She has written and spoken widely on collaboration and practice change in patient-focused drug development and incorporating patient lived experience perspectives in value assessment. Her passion is bringing together change-minded stakeholders to envision and implement meaningful, actionable improvements in practice and policy. She has a proven track record of accelerating change and growing organizations’ sustainability and impact.

Ms. Bright is Board Chair-Elect of Mental Health America and an editor for the American Journal of Accountable Care. She holds degrees from Trinity College, Washington, D.C. and The George Washington University. She resides in Alexandria, Virginia with her husband and three children. She is a competitive rower and serves as an election officer for the City of Alexandria.
