Tyesha is the Program Director for the Parent Support Network. She manages the day to day operation of the program, recruits, trains and supports volunteer facilitators and manages relationships with the program sponsors/funders.
After graduating from Columbia University with a Masters in Social Work, Tyesha spent the next two decades in nonprofit management. During that time Tyesha managed youth and education programs in Brooklyn, NY and youth and community programs in Orange County, Florida. Tyesha has a wealth of knowledge and experience in program development, management and evaluation.
Tyesha has both professional and personal experiences with working with individuals and families experiencing mental health challenges. Tyesha is passionate about reducing the stigma around mental health and empowering parents to be informed advocates for their children.
