Clare Miller

Clare Miller is a workplace mental health expert, drawing from 25+ years focused on improving access to quality care and addressing barriers to well-being.

She recently joined Microsoft as global wellness benefit manager where she supports strategy and management of mental and emotional health and well-being programs.

Clare previously served as the global mental health benefits manager at Facebook/Meta. She established the Center for Workplace Mental Health at the American Psychiatric Association and worked at the Business Group on Health, focusing on public policy, mental health, and substance use disorders. Clare began her career at Mental Health America focused on public policy and advocacy.

Clare serves on the board of directors for Mental Health America and Covery My Mental Health and is an advisor to Mindshare Partners and Disability: IN.

Clare lives in the Washington DC area with her partner and daughter.
