Please join Mental Health America (MHA) on Friday, February 7, 2020 for a Regional Policy Council (RPC) Meeting and B4Stage4 Leadership Awards Reception honoring a Governor for championing mental health in their state.
The RPC meeting Innovating Mental Health In the Workplace begins at 12:00 pm EST with a networking lunch followed by an in-depth exploration of:
- trends in employer benefits designed to meet employee mental health needs,
- specific workplace mental health programs, including MHA’s Bell Seal,
- federal agency initiatives and programs aimed at keeping people employed,
- policy ideas to create and reward mentally healthy workplaces.
The RPC meeting will take place in the Horne Room of the Residence Inn by Marriott Downtown/Convention Center at 901 L Street NW, Washington, DC 20001.
Following the meeting, starting at 5:00 pm, MHA will hold the B4Stage4 Leadership Awards Reception honoring a governor for outstanding leadership in mental health at the Marriott Marquis Washington DC Convention Center across from the RPC Workplace meeting at 901 Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, DC 20001. Hors d’oeuvres will be served.
