Join Mental Health America (MHA) for the virtual Regional Policy Council Governor’s Leadership Award meeting on Wednesday, March 18, from 1-3 p.m. ET.

The meeting is titled “Leading the way: Being first, being the future.” It is designed for affiliates, advocates, and partners who want to learn what’s working in mental health policy and help lead what comes next.

This session will start with the presentation of MHA’s Governor’s Leadership Award, honoring New York Governor Kathy Hochul for outstanding leadership in mental health policy. Following the awards ceremony, advocacy leaders will offer insights into effective mental health policies, including an innovative peer-driven housing model that is redefining stability, recovery, and community support.
