Dr. Khan is a licensed Clinical Psychologist and her expertise is in the domain of Trauma (individual, community based, and disaster relief trauma) and Multiculturalism. She is the Training Director for the Center for Multicultural Training in Psychology and Director for the Center for Multicultural Mental Health. She has provided disaster relief trainings and services, nationally and internationally, and is a recipient of several Resiliency and PFA Training grants. She was also the Behavioral Heath Director of the Resiliency Center, formulated following the Boston Marathon Bombings. She is a also a recipient of several awards for provision of Trauma/Disaster services.
