Rachael is a public health professional who leads content development and program implementation for Thrive in your Workplace. Prior, she oversaw quality initiatives for Health and Hospitals Corporation and introduced programs focused on end-of-life in primary care. She also directed a mental health peer program for the State Office of Mental Health and developed trainings for social service providers to increase military cultural competency, serving as co-chair of the NYC Taskforce to End Veteran Homelessness. Rachael has a BA from the New School and a Master's in Public Health in Sociomedical Sciences from the Mailman School of Public Health.
