Patrick Hendry strongly supports the inclusion of mental health peers in all aspects of the behavioural health system. He is Vice President of Peer Advocacy, Supports and Services for Mental Health America (MHA) and has been with MHA since 2009. Patrick provides national advocacy and develops innovative new services and training for peers and has led MHA's development of the first advanced level national peer support certification Patrick has worked as an advocate and initiator of peer-run services for 28 years in a variety of leadership roles. He has served as a speaker and presenter nationally and internationally.
