Kim began her career writing for weekly newspapers, before moving onto speeches for accomplished business and political leaders, including U.S. Congresswoman Barbara Kennelly. Today, she delivers inspirational and transformational messages through her marketing and branding consulting business, Pita Peaces, based in Connecticut. Kim published Split Endz: A Tale of 2 Crazy Sisters in June 2019, a memoir about her and her sister's journey through mental health and addiction. She turned her fears of mental illness into a brave account that will help others replace ignorance and false perceptions with truth and advocacy. Kim is board chair of Mental Health Connecticut.
