Josie Cooper is the Director of the Movement Disorders Policy Coalition, which brings together stakeholders across the movement disorders space to provide input on policy decisions impacting patient access to appropriate clinical care and approved therapies. MDPC advocates for key health reforms that increase access and personalized care for patients with movement disorders. Cooper has a background in communications, grassroots organization and campaign politics and previously worked in communications at the Biotechnology Innovation Organization. A seasoned campaign professional, Cooper has also worked at the state and national level advising campaign and public affairs clients on supporter and stakeholder mobilization.
