Ellen Kahn is the Senior Director of Programs and Partnerships at the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. In her role, Ellen provides national leadership and expertise to create welcoming, affirming, equitable institutions of daily life for the LGBTQ community. Ellen oversees a portfolio of highly successful programs and projects that promote LGBTQ-inclusive policies and practices; All Children—All Families; Welcoming Schools; the HBCU Program, HIV and Health Equity, Health and Aging, and Youth Well-Being. Ellen is sought out as an expert on topics related to LGBT youth and families and speaks frequently at national and regional conferences, and provides training and consultation to leaders in education, healthcare, and human services.
