Daniel Saddawi-Konefka, MD, MBA is the Board Director and Founder of The Emotional PPE Project, an organization that connects health care workers in need with licensed mental health professionals who can help. He is also the Program Director, Anesthesia Residency, Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School. Dan is a practicing critical care physician and anesthesiologist at the Massachusetts General Hospital. He is the Program Director of the Anesthesiology Residency at MGH and oversees 80+ resident physicians. He is devoted to the wellbeing and mental health of his trainees. He is the proud father of four awesome kids, married to an incredible woman, and enjoys woodworking.
