Caroline Posner is the Administrator of Research & Evaluation for MOMS Partnership® Scaling at Elevate, coordinating research and evaluation work for scaling MOMS to five sites. Caroline is responsible for overseeing the impact evaluation at each site, which involves data from randomized controlled trials as well as quasi-experimental research studies. Caroline earned her BA in psychology with a concentration in neuroscience at Yale, where she engaged in activism for campus mental healthcare reform and published about her own experiences with mental illness and healthcare. Her research experience includes laboratory work in the neuroscience of decision-making and adolescent cognitive development.
