Candice Sorapuru, LCSW-BACS is the Co-Founder/Clinical Director of Innovative Approaches Counseling Center. Her clinical practice focuses on the treatment of Children and Families. She has extensive experience in CBT for the treatment of Anxiety/Depression and Trauma. She has completed the certification process for TF-CBT. Mrs. Sorapuru has nineteen years of Social Work experience in areas of: Mental Health, Sexual Abuse, Domestic Violence, Administration, Geriatrics. She has presented in both local and state conferences on topics including: Ethics, Private Practice and Innovative Interventions. Mrs. Sorapuru obtained her MSW from Tulane University School of Social Work in 2000.
