Brijan M. Fellows is a licensed clinical social worker at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in the Department of Psychiatry's Division of Child and Adolescent Services. She is the program director for the Taghi Modaressi Center for Infant Study's Secure Starts Clinic. Mrs. Fellows has 15 years of experience working with and providing mental health services to youth and families in and around the city of Baltimore. Mrs. Fellows also provides training, technical assistance and mental health consultation to early childhood providers and stakeholders throughout the state of Maryland.
