Alejandra Posada serves as COO for MHA of Greater Houston, providing leadership for agency programs with a budget of over $3 million. Alejandra joined the organization in 2010 as Director of Education &; Training. For several years, her work focused on the integration of primary and behavioral healthcare, an area in which she developed recognized expertise. She was recently appointed to the board of the Collaborative Family Healthcare Association, a national integrated care organization. Alejandra has 18 years of experience in the non-profit and education sectors. She holds an M.Ed. from Loyola University Maryland and a BA from Rice University.
