Virtual access is being offered in a pay-what-you-can capacity. We ask all attendees to make a donation to attend so we can continue to offer virtual access at a low cost. Donations are not required to register, and MHA is proud to offer free virtual access to our groundbreaking conference sessions to those who need it.

Frequently Asked Questions
A $75 processing fee will be applied to all cancellations and transfers, subject to the following terms and conditions.
- All cancellation and transfer requests must be made in writing via mail or e-mail to events@mhanational.org by published cancellation dates. Mental Health America is not responsible for cancellation or transfer requests that are incomplete or are not received.
- Cancellation requests received before August 1, 2024 will receive a 100% refund on registration fees, minus the processing fee. No refunds of conference registration or event fees will be given after August 1, 2024.
- Registrants who are no longer able to attend the meeting may request a substitution by submitting their request in writing to events@mhanational.org. The substitute must be from the same organization, and requests are subject to a $75 processing fee. Substitutions will be accepted through September 2, 2024. Upon receipt, the original registration rate and any event tickets purchased will transfer to the new attendee. Substitution requests will not be accepted after September 2, 2024.

Open to any individual who wishes to participate.
Non-profit / Government
Open to individuals employed by a non-profit organization or local, state, and federal government. Must provide EIN at checkout or government email at checkout.
MHA affiliate
Open to members of a verified Mental Health America Affiliate.
Young Adult
Open to young adults aged 30 and under who are not being supported by an organization to attend.
