Mental Health Association of Rochester/Monroe County, Inc. (MHA) is a not-for-profit organization that has been promoting mental wellness since 1932!
Through a spectrum of culturally competent programs and services, we foster an environment to build skills and support people facing mental health challenges, empowering them to make informed decisions on their self-directed path to wellness.
