Earn Up To 24.25 Continuing Education Credit Hours

Mental Health America (MHA) is pleased to offer Continuing Education credit through the Virginia Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers for our 2021 Annual Conference. Registered attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 24.25 CE credit hours by attending live online (or in-person) sessions and watching on-demand content post-event.

Attendees may earn up to 24.25 hours of continuing education. All participants can earn up to 3.75 hours of CE credit during our live conference from June 10-12. Additionally, registered attendees will also have access to on-demand sessions for 30 days following the live event, including sessions from Affiliate Pre-Conference Day on June 9. This feature allows you to earn an additional 20.50 CE credit hours.

Here’s how to get your CE credit hours during this year’s event

STEP 1: Track both live and recorded sessions you attend using our CE credit tracker worksheet or use the My Agenda feature on the mobile and web app. Please note the credit tracker is for your own records and to make it easier for you to add up your number of sessions; it does not need to be turned in.

STEP 2: Complete a session evaluation (found in each session description on the platform or via email for in-person attendees) for each live or recorded session you attend.

STEP 3: Submit a final application by July 16th, using this link http://bit.ly/mhaconf21ceapp

STEP 4: Purchase your certificate from NASW-VA directly no sooner than July 12. It can take up to 60 days to process the fulfillment request. Please see below for more information on purchasing certificates from NASW-VA. The cost of the certificate is $7 for NASW-VA members and $12 for non-members.  You only need to purchase one certificate for the entire event.

All MHA Conference attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 24.25 hours of CE credit by following the above steps. We will share more information with registered attendees regarding CE’s as we get closer to this year’s conference.
